Hiring | Contact Center Head
We are hiring a Contact Center Head for a fast-growing AI-enabled startup based in Bengaluru.
📍 Location: Bengaluru
💰 CTC: Up to ₹40 LPA
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of experience in Contact Center / Customer Operations
- Experience managing large-scale inbound & outbound call center operations
- Proven experience handling multiple call centers / large teams
- Strong understanding of operational metrics — SLA, CSAT, AHT, NPS, productivity, attrition & quality
- Experience in process optimization, workforce management and operational strategy
- Ability to drive both strategy and execution
- Strong exposure to AI-enabled automation, digital transformation and technology-led customer operations
- Excellent stakeholder and people management skills
Ideal candidate: Someone who has successfully scaled and managed large contact center operations while leveraging technology and AI to improve customer experience, productivity and efficiency.
