What You will do
Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships to drive business growth.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with partners and key stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless partner onboarding, engagement, and success. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover new partnership opportunities.
Support business expansion initiatives and contribute to the company's growth strategy.
Track partnership performance and help optimize partner engagement programs.
What we are looking for-
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Understanding of business development, partnerships, and market research.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
6 months to 1 year of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Sales, or a related role.
Prior exposure to fintech, foreign exchange, payments, or banking is an advantage.
