Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Artificial Intelligence Engineer at Suitepedia. The person in this role will design, develop, and deploy AI-driven tools and features that enhance Suitepedia’s educational content and user experience, such as intelligent search, recommendation systems, and code-assist features. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and training machine learning models, implementing NLP pipelines to process and analyze technical documentation, and applying pattern recognition techniques to understand user behavior and content performance. The Artificial Intelligence Engineer will collaborate closely with software developers, content specialists, and product stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into production systems, optimize performance, and ensure reliability. The role also involves maintaining clean, scalable code, monitoring AI systems in production, and staying current with emerging AI technologies relevant to NetSuite and ERP-focused platforms.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and experience with modern programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or Java).
- Hands-on experience with Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition, including building, training, and evaluating machine learning models using common frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar).
- Practical expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), such as text classification, information extraction, semantic search, and working with large language models or related libraries.
- Ability to design and deploy AI solutions in production environments, including familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure), and version control tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate product and user needs into AI-based solutions.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional, remote teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with ERP systems, NetSuite, or educational/technical content platforms is a plus.
