Cisco’s Customer Experience (CX) organization is building a platform-centric digital experience using emerging technologies, including predictive AI and generative AI. The team emphasizes agility, ownership, accountability, and data-driven decision-making.

Experience
- 1+ years of experience in software development
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to translate technical milestones into project timelines for non-technical stakeholders
Qualification
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy autonomous agents for dynamic environments
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of agentic projects
- Define project scope and break down complex technical requirements into actionable tasks
- Manage the team backlog to support high-velocity delivery
- Implement multi-agent collaborative systems
- Design complex agent workflows using LangGraph or LangChain
- Act as primary technical point of
- Coordinate schedules and dependencies across teams
- Synchronize agentic capabilities with organizational priorities
- Develop and integrate tools, APIs, and databases for agent interactions
- Optimize LLM interactions to improve reasoning and reduce hallucinations
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate autonomous capabilities into existing SDLC
- Champion Agile methodologies and best practices
Additional Responsibilities
- Provide regular status updates and risk assessments to leadership regarding project timelines and technical blockers
Nice To Have
- Experience building applications with Claude, OpenAI frontier models, and open-source LLM ecosystems
- Strong understanding of large language models and how to train and focus them on specific areas
- Experience with natural language processing and prompt engineering
- Experience using AI development tools like Claude Code, Codex, and Snowflake Cortex
- SQL skills including complex query development, performance tuning, and query optimization
