Designation: UI / UX Designer
Location : Bangalore (Full Time)

Role Description The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered interfaces for Smartank’s digital products and platforms. Day-to-day tasks include conducting user research, creating user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into design solutions, and iterating designs based on feedback and usability testing. The role involves close collaboration with product, technology, and business teams to ensure consistent visual language and seamless user experiences. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring regular coordination with internal teams and participation in workshops and strategy sessions.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in UI design, visual design, and interaction design, with proficiency in industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Experience in UX research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, and the ability to translate insights into design decisions.
- Ability to create wireframes, user flows, information architecture, and prototypes that communicate concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Understanding of responsive design, web and mobile design principles, and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills to work with cross-functional teams and explain design rationale.
- Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a portfolio showcasing end-to-end UI/UX work on digital products or platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in consulting or working closely with business stakeholders to align design solutions with strategic goals is an added advantage.
Compensation
INR 8,00,000 - INR 15,00,000 per anum
