- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in MicroStrategy Business Intelligence.
- Strong experience in designing and developing business intelligence solutions using MicroStrategy platforms.
- Ability to analyze complex data requirements and translate them into effective reporting and dashboard solutions.
- Experience with data integration techniques and working with various data sources to ensure accurate and timely information delivery.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization of MicroStrategy reports and dashboards to enhance user experience.
- Capability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to business intelligence applications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in MicroStrategy Business Intelligence.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
