Our Pune team is currently working on high-rise residential, apartment, and large-scale commercial projects across various stages of design and execution. We are looking for candidates with relevant experience in architecture, strong designing and coordination skills, and exposure to large-scale developments.
Job Description
Experience : 3-8 Yrs
The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect who is able to construct clear diagrams using AutoCAD. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution. This candidate should also be able to conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensure regulations are being followed.
Responsibilities
- Create plans and drawings which clearly outline architectural design of project
- Utilize knowledge of engineering, math, science and materials in order to create ideal finished product
- Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards
- Oversee and make recommendations throughout entire construction process
- Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture from an accredited institute.
- Candidates must have strong design conceptualisation and execution skills with high proficiency and experience in using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other advanced software.
- The architect should be well-versed in architectural standards/processes and sustainability standards such as GRIHA/LEED/ECBC/ WELL
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to multitask and stay ahead of deadlines.
- Commitment to working with teams engagingly and positively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in architecture
- 3+ years of experience in construction and architecture
- Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
