Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Founder’s Office Associate to support client coordination, operational workflows, and executive communication. This is a high-ownership role, ideal for individuals who are organized, responsive, and eager to learn how business operations function closely with leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the founders on day-to-day business priorities, ensuring smooth execution across functions.
- Support in tracking ongoing projects, following up with teams, and ensuring timelines are met
- Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal reviews and decision-making
- Raise invoices, maintain trackers, and support operations
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and high-priority assignments that require quick turnaround and ownership
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism while working on sensitive information
Who Should Apply:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- 0-6 months of minimum work experience.
- Structured thinking and clarity in communication.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding the KPIs.
