Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and highly driven individual to support our efforts in growing the business across three key areas: expanding the clinical team, running the training academy, and creating brand awareness among the healthcare community. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is eager to take on responsibility, and is passionate about learning and contributing to the success of a startup.
• Designation: Full-Time Internship.
• Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore.
• Work Schedule: 6-day work week.
• Stipend: ₹20,000/month.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Team Expansion:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all doctors, acting as the key liaison between them and Allo Health to ensure smooth communication and integration with our team..
• Conduct outreach and become the main contact for healthcare professionals..
• Plan and strategize innovative campaigns to build a pipeline of healthcare professionals, assessing their suitability for roles..
Training Program Coordinator:
• Assist in executing promotional efforts for the new training cohort..
• Gather and maintain data on potential candidates for the training program..
• Manage communication between Allo Health’s team and candidates, collecting feedback to improve future programs..
Creating Brand Awareness among the Healthcare Community:
• Contact specialists to introduce the clinic and promote referral programs..
• Assist with LinkedIn posts, email newsletters, and social media updates..
• Help draft guides, case studies, and testimonials..
• Coordinate with institutions and organizations for events and collaborations..
• Assist in implementing engagement activities for the healthcare community..
Eligibility Criteria:
• MA/MSc in Social Sciences.
• BBA/MBA or any Management degree.
• Added Advantage: MA/MSc in Organizational Psychology (this role might be a better fit).
