- Owning the live status of every ongoing creative project i.e. scripts, edits, VFX, revisions, deliveries across the team, at all times
- Spotting bottlenecks early: a project stuck in review for two days, an approval sitting unanswered, a dependency nobody flagged
- Holding people accountable for their own tasks and deadlines, including creative professionals who don't always work on a project-management clock
- Running daily check-ins or standups that actually surface problems, not just status theatre
- Escalating the right things to the right people at the right time, not everything needs to go to founders, but the things that do, need to go fast
- Building and refining the systems (boards, trackers, workflows) that make all of the above easier over time, instead of relying on memory and WhatsApp threads
- Building schedules and timelines from scratch for every new project, and knowing how to sequence them realistically instead of just working backward from a delivery date
