- Genesys Cloud CX Architect IVA/IVR development
- Call Flow Components and Basics
- Creating a Basic Call Flow
- Advanced Call Flow Features
- Integrating Call Flow with Genesys Cloud
- Debugging, and Deploying Call Flows
- Genesys Cloud CX Administration
- Genesys Cloud CX Reporting
- Voice and Digital Bots
- Genesys cloud CRM integration
Good to Have:
For Genesys Solution Architect, Hands on experience in Genesys Cloud Architect Tool
- Setting up and Navigating Architect
- Monitoring and Optimizing Call Flows
Essential:
