📍 Location: Bhandup, Mumbai
💰 Salary: Up to ₹40,000 - 50,000 per month

🔑 Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Front Desk/Reception team.
- Supervise daily front desk operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Guide and support reception staff in handling patient registrations, appointments, and inquiries.
- Ensure excellent customer service and a positive experience for pet owners.
- Handle escalations, complaints, and resolve front desk issues professionally.
- Maintain accurate patient records and appointment schedules.
- Coordinate with doctors, hospital staff, and other departments for seamless operations.
- Monitor team performance, attendance, and productivity.
- Prepare daily operational reports and share updates with management.
- Ensure the reception area is organized, efficient, and maintains hospital service standards.
🧩 Skills Required
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Experience in front desk, reception, or hospital administration.
- Good customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Organized, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare environment will be an added advantage.
