About Us
Resollect is a Mumbai-based startup fixing how debt recovery works in India. The industry has been stuck with clunky, manual processes for far too long — we're changing that with smart automation, clean design, and AI that actually does something useful. We're a small, founder-led team with deep domain expertise, and we move fast.
The Role
We're looking for a Product Intern who builds. Not someone who writes user stories and waits for engineering — someone who prototypes the thing, wires up the AI behind it, and ships a rough version to see if it works. A big part of this role is prompt engineering: our product runs on AI, and you'll be designing, testing, and refining the prompts that make it work.
This one's aimed at 2026/27 graduates who can commit to six months with us — enough time to actually own work, ship it, and, if it goes well, convert to a full-time role. If you're finishing up or just out and want to spend your first stretch somewhere you'll build real things fast, keep reading.
You'll be close to both the product and the people who use it — client- and user-facing work, sitting in on calls, figuring out what's actually broken, and turning that into things you build. And you'll do it the modern way: AI-first, prototype-first, figure-it-out-yourself.
We're big on AI here — not as a buzzword, but as the way we work. We want someone whose instinct is to reach for AI first, build their own tools, engineer their own prompts, and automate the boring stuff out of existence. If you've ever hacked together a tool to solve your own problem, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do
- Build and prototype — mockups, internal tools, quick experiments, AI-powered features — to test ideas fast before we commit
- Own prompt engineering for our AI product and internal tools — design prompts, test them against real cases, measure what works, and iterate
- Test the product end to end — find the bugs, the broken flows, the things that don't make sense, and log them clearly
- Write specs, SOPs, and decision trees that turn messy problems into something buildable
- Sit in on client and user conversations to understand what they actually need (not just what they ask for)
- Build your own workflows to make yourself and the team faster — automate anything you'd otherwise do twice
What We're Looking For
- A builder's instinct. This is the big one. You'd rather ship a rough version than talk about it forever. You've built things — tools, automations, side projects, half-finished apps — because you wanted them to exist.
- AI-native and prompt-fluent. You already build with AI daily, and you're good at it. You understand that a great prompt is a design problem, and you enjoy solving it. You see Claude as something to build with, not just chat with.
- High agency. You figure things out yourself. You don't wait to be told what to do, and you don't get stuck waiting for permission — you find a way and make it happen.
- Clear thinker and communicator. You can take something messy, break it down, and explain it simply — in a spec, in a prompt, or on a call.
- Detail-oriented. Good product and good prompts both live in the details. You notice the thing that's slightly off and you care enough to fix it.
- Scrappy and adaptable. The work changes day to day. You'd rather figure it out than have everything spelled out.
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- A portfolio of things you've built — GitHub, live tools, automations, prototypes, anything that shows you make stuff
- Real hands-on experience with AI tools and prompt engineering (personal projects absolutely count)
- Some comfort reading or writing code, or a willingness to learn fast — we like product people who can build
- Interest in fintech, legal-tech, or how AI is changing industries that have barely been touched by it
