About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Presales Engineer in enterprise IT solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, communication, and customer-facing skills with a basic understanding of Cloud, DevOps, Automation, RPA, AI, APM, and Observability technologies.
The role involves understanding customer requirements, designing technical solutions, supporting RFPs, conducting product demonstrations, and collaborating with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
Understand customer business and technical requirements.
Participate in discovery sessions and solution workshops.
Prepare solution proposals, SOWs, presentations, and technical documentation.
Support RFP/RFI/RFQ responses and effort estimation.
Deliver product demonstrations, POCs, and technical presentations.
Design high-level solution architectures aligned with customer requirements.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams.
Work with technology partners
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Required Skills:
Basic understanding of Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Basic knowledge of DevOps (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Git).
Understanding of Application Performance Monitoring (APM) and Observability concepts.
Basic knowledge of Performance Testing and monitoring tools.
Basic understanding of RPA/IPA
Exposure to AI/GenAI concepts and enterprise automation.
Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, Postman, and API integrations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Educational Background
B.E / B.Tech (Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related fields) or Any Engineering degree with exposure to IT systems OR Non-engineering graduates with relevant IT experience (1–3 years)
