About the role
Anrak.io is hiring a Growth Manager to work directly with the founding team and cross-functional teams to accelerate the company’s growth through financial analysis, market research, commercial insights, and structured business support.
This is an individual-contributor role for someone who wants real startup exposure at the intersection of finance and growth. Your work will help strengthen visibility into company revenue, commissions, spending, client opportunities, and growth priorities—enabling faster, better-informed decisions.
What you'll do
- Support the founding team with company-related financial tracking, analysis, and reporting.
- Build and maintain financial models for revenue, spending, commissions, and business forecasts.
- Track financial and commercial performance, and present concise insights for decision-making.
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to identify growth opportunities.
- Analyse revenue, client, commission, and spending trends.
- Support predictive analysis, business planning, and growth initiatives.
- Prepare dashboards, presentations, research notes, and decision-support documents.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to collect information and keep priority business work organised and on track.
What we're looking for
- 0–2 years of experience; strong freshers with relevant finance or growth exposure are welcome.
- Strong interest in finance, business growth, startups, and commercial decision-making.
- Good understanding of financial concepts, business metrics, and growth-related finance.
- Ability to conduct structured market research and convert findings into practical insights.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, financial data, and basic financial models.
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting a founding team.
- Able to work independently in a fast-moving, on-site startup environment.
- Willingness to contribute meaningfully and grow with the company.
Preferred background
- BBA, B.Sc. Economics, B.Sc. Finance, or an equivalent relevant degree.
- Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets and presentation tools.
- Exposure to financial modelling, business analysis, market research, startup operations, or growth is a plus.
(A specific degree is not mandatory. Relevant domain understanding, strong analytical ability, and willingness to contribute are more important.)
