We're Hiring | Design & Operations Assistant
📍 Mumbai | Full-Time | On-site (Mon–Sat)
By Urja Thakker is looking for a Design & Operations Assistant to work closely with the founder across nearly every part of the brand.
You'll be involved in:
• Design & development of new collections
• Sourcing fabrics, trims & accessories
• Production coordination with tailors, embroiderers & vendors
• Client fittings & measurements
• Day-to-day operations, deliveries & invoices
• Photoshoots & content creation
• Instagram DMs & customer communication
We're looking for someone:
• Organised & detail-oriented
• Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable multitasking
• A confident communicator who can work independently and in a team
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with client fittings and taking body measurements
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and/or Procreate
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills
Perfect for someone who wants hands-on experience running a growing fashion label.
