Roles and Responsibilities :
P&L Management: Strong experience in preparing, analyzing, and managing Profit & Loss statements to drive business performance.
Cash Flow Management: Proven ability to monitor, forecast, and optimize cash flow to ensure healthy working capital.
Daily Accounting: Hands-on experience managing day-to-day accounting operations, reconciliations, and financial records.
Financial Due Diligence (DD): Experience conducting and supporting financial due diligence for fundraising, audits, and strategic transactions.
Debt Capital Raising: Practical experience in raising debt capital, coordinating with banks/NBFCs, and managing lender relationships.
Debt Capital Expense Management: Ability to track debt-related expenses, repayment schedules, interest obligations, and ensure compliance.
Budgeting & Financial Planning: Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
Financial Reporting & MIS: Strong experience in preparing MIS reports, financial dashboards, and management reports for business decision-making.
Skillset:
- 5–7 years of relevant finance experience.
- Startup experience is mandatory.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to independently manage end-to-end finance operations in a fast-paced environment.
Educational Qualifications:
- CA (Chartered Accountant) – Preferred
- MBA (Finance) /CMA (ICWA) from a recognized institution
- Strong understanding of Accounting, Financial Planning, and Corporate Finance
