🚀 We're Hiring: Lead Developer – AI
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai (Work From Office)
Experience: 5+ Years
Salary: Up to ₹17 LPA
Are you a Python/Django engineer who's ready to move beyond traditional development and build AI-native applications from the ground up? We're looking for a Lead Developer – AI to architect systems where AI isn't bolted on — it's embedded into the core.
What you'll do:
🔹 Architect and build scalable web apps using Python, Django & React
🔹 Integrate LLMs into core product workflows — automation, recommendations, content generation
🔹 Build AI pipelines combining APIs, business logic, and traditional rules
🔹 Work hands-on with embeddings, vector databases & semantic search
🔹 Design AI-first, event-driven, multi-tenant SaaS architectures
🔹 Mentor junior developers and drive best practices across the team
What we're looking for:
✅ 5+ years in software development with strong Python & Django expertise
✅ Hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs / LLMs, RAG, LangChain, prompt engineering
✅ Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) and semantic search
✅ Solid grasp of system design (LLD/HLD), OWASP Top 10, and secure coding
✅ Experience with FastAPI, async Python, Docker, CI/CD is a plus
✅ A builder's mindset — someone who thinks in systems, not just code
