Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager role for Australia Opportunities, based in Australia. The Product Manager will be responsible for defining and managing immigration-related products and services focused on Australian pathways, including market research, product planning, and continuous improvement. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and analyzing client and market requirements, collaborating with immigration consultants and operations teams, and coordinating with marketing to position and promote Australia-focused offerings. The role also involves monitoring product performance, optimizing service workflows, ensuring compliance with relevant immigration guidelines, and preparing reports and recommendations for leadership. The Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance client experience and support strategic growth in the Australia immigration segment.
Qualifications
- Product management and service design skills, including roadmap creation, requirement gathering, and stakeholder alignment.
- Strong analytical and research skills to understand immigration markets, client needs, and competitive offerings.
- Experience in process optimization, operations coordination, and workflow management within a service-oriented environment.
- Ability to collaborate with marketing teams on product positioning, client communication, and go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear, client-friendly manner.
