About the Job
We’re a performance marketing agency that helps companies (mostly e-commerce) turn around failing ad accounts. As a designer with us, you’ll primarily work on UI/UX design for landing pages and websites that convert well, as well as advertisements for the said companies. There’s miscellaneous design work as well, although that will take up a very small portion of your time, if any.
We’re looking for someone inspired. You can be someone who is just starting out or has a little bit of experience. What we’re on the lookout for is someone with the right attitude, who is organised and can operate independently without requiring spoon-feeding, hand-holding, or micro-management, and obviously, a taste for good design. We’re ready to give you a lot of freedom, responsibility, and growth if you’re able to show us that you can be hands-off.
Our Attitude Towards Design
We deal with companies that have a very big problem to solve. They mean business, and so do we. This is not a comfortable job where you can take days to turn around a wireframe. Work happens fast - and a lot of times, we throw conventional design processes out the window. Everything’s on the clock.
On the flip side, you as a designer get to see how people consume your design in real-time. If you’re interested, we can have analytics available to you at your fingertips to read, understand how your designs are helping customers make decisions, and we can also give you the freedom to suggest and implement data-driven improvements to your designs.

What You’ll Work On
- Websites & landing pages (Figma)
- Brand identity extensions (brand styles applied to web)
- Ad creatives and funnels
- Mobile responsive layouts
- Creative wireframes for new websites
- Working closely with content writers, developers, and strategists
Nice to Have
Strong proficiency in Figma and familiarity with other relevant design tools. - Basic Framer / Webflow knowledge
