Job Summary :
We are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for driving the end-to-end development and delivery of scalable web applications while leading a team of engineers. The role requires strong technical expertise, ownership of system architecture, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to build high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and high-performance applications
- Own the complete software development lifecycle from planning to release
- Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Develop and manage both frontend and backend systems ensuring seamless integration
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Node.js, React.js, Next.js, PostgreSQL, and related technologies
- Ensure API efficiency and smooth integration with internal and external systems
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize system performance to ensure minimal downtime
- Identify and implement improvements for scalability, performance, and system reliability
- Mentor and guide team members while fostering a collaborative team environment
- Ensure timely delivery of projects in a dynamic and fast-paced setup
Key Requirements:
- 8–10 years of experience in Project and Full Stack development
- Hands-on experience with Node.js, React.js, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Express.js, and JavaScript
- Strong understanding of system design, REST APIs, and scalable architecture
- Prior experience in team handling or mentoring developers
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred
