We are looking for an exceptional Full Stack AI Solution Architect who wants to be part of our founding team and help shape our technology, products, and engineering culture from day one.
This is not just another engineering job. You will work directly with the founders to design, build, and launch enterprise AI products that solve real business problems across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, ERP, CRM, Finance, and Operations.

What You’ll Do
* Architect and develop end-to-end AI applications from concept to production.
* Design scalable, secure, cloud-native AI platforms and enterprise solutions.
* Build AI agents using modern frameworks such as Agentforce, LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar technologies.
* Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources.
* Build modern full-stack web applications using React, Next.js, Angular, Vue.js or similar frameworks.
* Develop backend services using Python, Node.js, Java, or .NET.
* Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise platforms including Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, and other enterprise systems.
* Design APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native deployments.
* Evaluate and integrate the latest AI models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Azure OpenAI, and open-source ecosystems.
* Work closely with customers to translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions.
* Mentor engineers and help establish engineering best practices.
Required Skills
* 6–10 years of software engineering experience.
* Strong expertise in Python plus one enterprise backend language (Java, C#, or Node.js).
* Strong frontend development experience with React, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
* Experience designing distributed systems and cloud-native applications.
* Hands-on experience building Generative AI applications.
* Strong understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and AI orchestration.
* Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
* Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
* Strong understanding of system architecture, scalability, security, and performance optimization.
* Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
Nice to Have
* Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol).
* Experience with AI agent frameworks.
* Salesforce, Microsoft, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud certifications.
* Experience integrating enterprise ERP or CRM systems.
* Knowledge of AI observability, evaluation frameworks, and LLMOps.
* Experience leading technical teams or architecting enterprise-scale products.
