360 Degree Cloud is scaling fast! We've recently launched Virtual Assistant (VA) Services to help global businesses streamline operations, improve productivity, and accelerate growth. Our VA solutions support a wide range of business functions, including administrative support, customer service, sales assistance, lead generation, CRM management, bookkeeping, financial operations, data entry, scheduling, and executive assistance.
We're now hiring a Lead Generation Executive to drive awareness of these services through targeted outreach, generate qualified leads, and help expand our growing client base across global markets.

🎯 What You’ll Do
- Run outbound email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach campaigns to engage prospects
- Make outbound calls to leads and prospects to introduce VA services, qualify opportunities, and schedule meetings
- Identify and qualify leads for VA services
- Keep CRM updated with accurate lead information
- Pass warm leads to the Sales team for follow-up and closure
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to refine outreach
- Track performance and optimize campaigns for better results
💼 What You Bring
- 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, sales outreach, telemarketing, or inside sales
- Excellent English communication skills—both written and spoken
- Confidence and professionalism in making outbound calls and engaging prospects
- Comfortable working during US time zones
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus)
- Highly organized with strong follow-up skills and persistence
- Driven by performance and eager to learn and grow in a sales-focused environment
