Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Delhi, India. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for digital and print media, including social media graphics, marketing collateral, presentations, and web visuals. The role involves developing and refining logos, brand identities, and visual guidelines, as well as selecting and applying typography that aligns with brand standards. The designer will collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to understand requirements, translate briefs into design concepts, and deliver production-ready files. Daily tasks include brainstorming concepts, preparing mockups, iterating based on feedback, and ensuring consistency and quality across all visual materials.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Graphic Design and Graphics, with the ability to create visually compelling layouts and visual assets.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including developing and maintaining brand identity systems.
- Solid understanding of Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and readability across formats.
- Experience using industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent).
- Portfolio demonstrating a range of design work across digital and print channels.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, visual consistency, and user-focused design thinking.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
