As a System Architect, you’ll be the technical backbone of our engineering team — defining system design, architecture, and scalability strategies while mentoring developers to build robust systems that handle millions of users.
🔧 What You’ll Do
✅ Design and oversee architecture for distributed and microservices-based systems
✅ Collaborate with product, backend, frontend, and DevOps teams to translate business goals into scalable technical solutions
✅ Define coding, performance, and security standards
✅ Optimize system performance, latency, and reliability
✅ Lead modernization efforts — containerization, CI/CD, observability, etc.
✅ Conduct architectural reviews and provide technical mentorship to the development team
✅ Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies for scalability and cost efficiency
💼 What We’re Looking For
✔ Strong expertise in Java / Spring Boot / Microservices Architecture
✔ Solid understanding of system design, scalability patterns, and cloud-native architecture
✔ Experience with AWS cloud platform
✔ Proficient in SQL (MySQL) and NoSQL (Redis) databases
✔ Strong foundation in API design, caching, asynchronous processing, and event-driven systems
✔ Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
✔ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
✨ Bonus Points If You Have
🌐 Experience with large-scale, high-concurrency systems
🚀 Hands-on exposure to observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK)
🔒 Deep understanding of application security and compliance best practices
