Role Description The Co-Founder will play a key leadership role in building and scaling FREEDOM GYAN HUB as a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining the organization’s strategy, setting goals, and overseeing operations across programs, marketing, and partnerships. The Co-Founder will actively engage in business development, lead sales initiatives, and cultivate relationships with students, clients, and collaborators. This role involves creating and refining educational offerings, conducting market and user research, and monitoring performance to ensure sustainable growth. The Co-Founder will work closely with other team members to manage budgets, organize events, recruit talent, and foster an inclusive, mission-driven culture.

- Strong analytical skills for problem-solving, strategic planning, and data-driven decision-making.
- Effective communication skills for presentations, stakeholder engagement, team collaboration, and negotiation.
- Sales skills to drive revenue growth, build client relationships, and close partnership opportunities.
- Marketing skills to design and execute campaigns, build brand awareness, and support community outreach.
- Research skills to understand market needs, evaluate program impact, and identify new growth opportunities.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with experience in starting or scaling initiatives or ventures.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, manage multiple responsibilities, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, social sciences, or a related field; advanced education or relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Experience in education, training, coaching, or community development is beneficial.
