About Creator Engine
Creator Engine is a post-production studio working across YouTube, social media, micro-dramas, television, and branded content, delivering craft-driven work at scale for global creators and studios around the world. Running a studio like this needs an office that works quietly and reliably in the background, so creative and production teams never have to think about it.
About the Role
This role owns everything that keeps the Creator Engine office running: pantry, supplies, travel bookings, vendor relationships, asset tracking, and every day-to-day problem that shows up somewhere between an AC repair and an expense report. It isn't a support role in the sense of waiting for instructions. It's ownership. You're expected to catch issues before they turn into complaints, keep a panel of vendors you can call without hesitation, track spend without being asked, and think a step ahead of where the office needs to be as the team grows.
What You'll Own
- Pantry, supplies, and general office upkeep, tracked and reordered before anything runs out
- Vendor management end to end: sourcing, negotiating, reviewing performance, and keeping a backup for every category so nothing depends on one person
- Budget and expense tracking for all office spend, with early flags if anything's trending over
- Asset management: furniture, equipment, AMCs, warranties, and what needs replacing or renewing
- Compliance and safety basics: fire safety, first aid, licence renewals, and anything needing a periodic check, along with staying on top of any other organisational compliance requirements that apply to the office
- Fixing office problems fast, AC, electrical, internet, using existing vendor relationships rather than starting a search from scratch
- Overseeing housekeeping staff and vendors, checking their work is actually done, not just marked as done
- Coordinating basic upkeep of office systems and IT equipment, working with the IT vendor or team to get issues resolved
- Spotting inefficient processes and fixing them, not just maintaining what already exists
- Planning ahead for scale: what the current setup won't hold up under as headcount grows
This Role is Not for You If
- You wait to be told something's broken instead of catching it early
- You handle vendors transactionally, with no backup if one falls through
- You'd rather maintain the status quo than fix something that's clearly inefficient
- You need heavy oversight before making a spending or vendor decision
- Compliance and safety checks feel like paperwork you'll get to eventually
- You see this as a support function rather than something you own
You'll Thrive Here If
- You're naturally two steps ahead, you spot the problem before it becomes a complaint
- You build real relationships with vendors, not just transactional ones
- You track things properly: spend, assets, pending items, so you can answer "what's the status of X" instantly
- You take ownership of decisions and don't need sign-off on every small call
- You're already thinking about what the office needs six months from now, not just today
- You stay calm and move fast when something breaks on a bad day
What You Bring
- 5-7 years of experience managing office operations, admin, or facilities, ideally somewhere with real process and tracking discipline
- A working vendor network across categories like travel, maintenance, and supplies, or the ability to build one fast
- Comfort with budgets and basic expense tracking
- A working sense of what a compliant, safe office actually requires
- Credentials matter less here than the habit of staying ahead of problems and taking ownership without being asked
How To Apply

Incomplete applications or those submitted via email or LinkedIn Easy Apply will not be reviewed.
Why Creator Engine
- A chance to build the systems and vendor relationships from the ground up, not inherit someone else's mess
- Direct exposure to a growing studio, so the decisions you make now shape what the office looks like at double or triple the headcount
- Room to grow into a bigger operations or admin leadership role as Creator Engine scales
