Thoughtfocus Now Hiring: Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist (Bengaluru)
We are looking for an energetic and hands-on HR professional to join our Talent Acquisition team at Thought Focus.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the ground — engaging with students, driving campus hiring, and building a strong employer brand presence.
📌 What the role involves:
🎓 Campus Hiring
Coordinate and execute campus recruitment drives
Engage with colleges and placement teams
Conduct pre-placement talks and student interactions
📱 Employer Branding
Create content for LinkedIn & Instagram
Capture campus moments through reels, photos, and stories
Support branding campaigns and student engagement initiatives
🤝 HR Support
Assist onboarding and joining formalities
Support HR coordination and employee engagement activities
💡 What we are looking for:
MBA in HR (2022 / 2025 pass-out preferred)
1+ year experience in HR or recruitment preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills
Active on social media (LinkedIn & Instagram)
Willing to travel for campus drives (30–50%)
High energy, proactive, and people-oriented mindset
📍 Location: Bengaluru
