Founding Full-Stack Engineer

About The Role
You'll work directly with the founders on the product itself: the chat interface, the model routing, the parts users touch every day. The stack is Next.js, TypeScript and MongoDB on Vercel, with Cloudflare for storage and edge. The bar is simple: if the rest of us disappeared, you could keep building NinjaChat by yourself.
What you'll do
- Ship production features in your first week
- Own whole systems: build, deploy, monitor, fix what you broke
- Kill complexity: fewer dependencies, less code, faster pages
- Talk to users and ship the fix the same day
What we're looking for
- You can build a complete product alone: frontend, backend, infra, deployment
- You've shipped something people paid for, or that broke from real traffic
- You're fast and your code doesn't break. You don't treat speed and quality as a tradeoff
- You read source code when the docs run out
- You'd rank among the best engineers anywhere you've worked
Nice to have
- You've built with LLMs beyond calling an API
- Things you made on the internet: products, repos, posts
