Role Description The Case Manager role at Jet Set Jobs is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The Case Manager will oversee candidate journeys from initial inquiry through placement, ensuring that each candidate receives clear guidance on program options, eligibility, and required documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing individual case files, coordinating language training and interview schedules, tracking progress, and maintaining regular communication with candidates and their families. The role also involves liaising with German employers and training partners, supporting visa and travel documentation, and resolving issues that may arise during the application and relocation process. The Case Manager will work closely with internal teams to maintain accurate records, uphold compliance with recruitment regulations, and contribute to a positive, transparent candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Strong case management and coordination skills, including maintaining detailed records, tracking milestones, and managing multiple candidate files simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates, families, employers, and internal stakeholders.
- Capability in counseling and advisory work, including explaining program structures, setting expectations, and guiding candidates through decision-making.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle high volumes of inquiries, deadlines, and batch schedules in a structured manner.
- Basic understanding of international recruitment processes, visas, and documentation; prior experience in overseas education, healthcare recruitment, or staffing is an advantage.
- Comfort with using digital tools and office software (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM or candidate management systems, email, and messaging platforms).
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, management, psychology, education, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
