We are looking for a passionate and creative Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can bring our brand to life through compelling visuals, engaging social media content, and high-impact marketing campaigns.

Roles & Responsibilities
Graphic Design
- Create eye-catching social media creatives for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, X, Snapchat, Threads, and other digital platforms.
- Design posts, carousels, stories, banners, advertisements, website creatives, and marketing materials.
- Develop creative assets for product launches, Meta ad campaigns, sales promotions, influencer collaborations, and brand partnerships.
- Maintain consistency across all visual assets in line with Noshleaf's brand identity and guidelines.
Video Editing
- Edit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, social media videos, and promotional content.
- Create fast-paced, trend-driven videos optimized for engagement and performance.
- Add motion graphics, transitions, visual effects, music, and text animations to enhance storytelling.
- Repurpose existing content into platform-specific formats for maximum reach and impact.
Campaign & Content Creation
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Content teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
- Develop innovative content ideas and visual concepts for social media growth and performance marketing.
- Create campaign creatives that drive engagement, website traffic, and conversions.
- Stay updated with the latest fashion, design, content, and social media trends.
- Contribute fresh ideas to strengthen Noshleaf's digital presence and brand storytelling.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in Graphic Design and Video Editing.
- Experience working with Fashion, Lifestyle, Beauty, or E-commerce brands.
- Strong motion graphics and animation skills.
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, campaign design, and video editing work.
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Canva
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging social media platforms.
- Knowledge of fashion, lifestyle, and D2C branding.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
