Role Description This is a full-time, on-site 3D Designer role based in Mumbai. The 3D Designer will create and refine 3D models for projects such as interiors, products, and visualizations, ensuring accuracy and aesthetic appeal. Daily tasks include developing scene layouts, applying materials and textures, setting up lighting, and preparing renders and animations for presentations or client reviews. The role involves working closely with other designers and stakeholders to understand project requirements, iterate on design concepts, and deliver production-ready 3D assets within deadlines. The 3D Designer will also maintain organized project files, follow brand and visual guidelines, and stay updated on industry tools and trends.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong 3D Design and 3D Modeling skills for creating detailed, realistic visualizations.
- Candidates should possess Lighting and Animation skills to enhance scenes, produce dynamic visuals, and support motion-based presentations.
- Candidates should possess Graphic Design skills to create cohesive visual outputs and integrate 3D assets with 2D design elements.
- Candidates should be proficient with industry-standard 3D and design software (e.g., 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Candidates should demonstrate strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to interpret briefs into visual concepts.
- Candidates should have effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to receive and apply feedback constructively.
- Candidates should ideally have a diploma or degree in Design, Animation, Fine Arts, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Candidates should be able to work on-site in Mumbai and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
