Role Description The Cafe Outreach Partner is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for promoting Noki beverages within cafes and similar venues. Day-to-day tasks include introducing Noki products to cafe partners, coordinating sampling activities, and supporting staff in communicating product benefits to customers. The role involves ensuring optimal product presentation, maintaining basic food and beverage standards, and providing exceptional customer interactions. The Cafe Outreach Partner will also collect feedback from partners and customers, share insights with the internal team, and support small promotional events or activations.
Qualifications
- Strong Food & Beverage knowledge, with an understanding of wellness-oriented drinks and cafe operations.
- Experience with Food Preparation and Food Service in a cafe, restaurant, or beverage-focused environment.
- Awareness of Food Safety practices and ability to follow hygiene and handling guidelines.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, including clear communication, active listening, and relationship-building with partners and guests.
- Prior experience in cafe outreach, brand promotion, or field marketing is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in New Delhi and visiting multiple partner locations as needed.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and report key activities and feedback to the team.
