Role Overview
Are you passionate about people, community, and creating a vibrant coworking culture? We’re looking for a dynamic and innovative Community Manager to oversee and grow our coworking space in Vizag. You will be the driving force behind our community’s success—fostering connections, delivering exceptional experiences, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Community Engagement & Relationship Building
- Member Relations: Act as the face of the community—build strong relationships, foster collaboration, and create a welcoming environment.
- Conflict Resolution: Address member concerns with professionalism and empathy to maintain harmony.
- Feedback Management: Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve services and the overall coworking experience.
2. Operations & Facility Management
- Space Management: Ensure the workspace is well-maintained, aesthetically appealing, and fully operational at all times.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage vendors across cleaning, maintenance, and technology services.
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain workspace safety standards and ensure regulatory compliance.
3. Sales and Business Development
- Tours & Onboarding: Conduct engaging workspace tours and ensure seamless onboarding for new members.
- Member Retention: Drive engagement through events, activities, and personalized interactions.
- Partnership Development: Build strategic partnerships to provide value-added benefits and services for members.
4. Front Office & Reception Services
- Visitor Experience: Welcome members and guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Call Handling: Manage inquiries, bookings, and communication efficiently.
- Mail & Package Handling: Organize and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Scheduling: Coordinate workspace tours and member bookings smoothly.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2–3 years in community management, coworking, hospitality, or facility management.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal English; Hindi and/or Telugu is a plus.
- Customer-Centric: Warm, approachable, and passionate about creating delightful member experiences.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with coworking software, CRM tools, and productivity platforms.
- Networking: Good understanding of Vizag’s local business ecosystem.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, manage operations, and coordinate vendors efficiently.
- Problem Solving: Skilled at resolving concerns, complaints, and conflicts with tact.
- Passion: Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, and building collaborative communities.
