About Equalifi
Equalifi is a global membership organization for financial services professionals, dedicated to advancing financial education, fostering industry collaboration, and supporting leadership development.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the founders, driving strategic initiatives, partnerships, and operations to enhance Equalifi’s impact in the financial sector.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Initiatives & Business Growth
- Collaborate with the founders on strategic projects, market analysis, and business planning.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for Equalifi’s programs and initiatives.
Sponsorships & Partnerships
- Identify and secure corporate sponsorships and partnerships for Equalifi’s events and initiatives.
- Build relationships with industry stakeholders and regulators.
Event & Initiative Management
- Oversee end-to-end execution of Equalifi’s events and initiatives
- Ensure seamless event operations and high engagement levels.
Membership & Community Building
- Onboard new members and grow Equalifi’s membership community.
- Engage with members to understand their needs and enhance their experience.
Marketing & Outreach
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote Equalifi’s memberships and certifications.
Who We're Looking For
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Financial services, Marketing, or related fields.
Professionals returning to work after a 2+ year career break.
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
