🚀 We're Hiring: Oracle PLM Consultant – Remote
We are looking for an experienced Oracle PLM Consultant to join our client’s team and support the implementation, configuration, optimization, and ongoing management of Oracle Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions.
📆 Contract Duration: 12 months (extendable)
🏡 Work Arrangement: Remote (Work From Home)
⏰ Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST
📍 Location Requirement: Must currently be residing in India 🇮🇳
⚡ Availability: Immediate joiners are preferred
🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience working as an Oracle PLM Consultant.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes and solutions.
- Experience with Oracle PLM implementation, configuration, customization, and support.
- Strong understanding of product data and product lifecycle processes.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including business users, functional consultants, technical teams, and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle PLM solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote working environment.
- Willingness to work according to the required 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST schedule.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support Oracle PLM implementation, configuration, customization, and enhancement activities.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle PLM solutions.
- Configure Oracle PLM modules and workflows based on business and functional requirements.
- Support end-to-end product lifecycle processes, including product creation, approval, change management, and product retirement.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to ensure successful PLM solution delivery.
- Support integration between Oracle PLM and other enterprise systems such as ERP, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Manufacturing applications.
- Develop and execute test scenarios and support SIT, UAT, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot Oracle PLM issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate issue resolution.
- Provide functional and technical support to Oracle PLM users.
- Prepare and maintain functional specifications, technical documentation, user guides, and process documentation.
- Participate in data migration, validation, and data quality activities related to Oracle PLM.
- Identify opportunities to optimize PLM processes, improve system performance, and enhance user experience.
- Provide knowledge transfer and training to business users and internal teams.
- Ensure Oracle PLM solutions comply with business processes, standards, and best practices.
