We're building one of India's most exciting South Indian QSR brands and are looking for a hands-on HR leader to help shape our people, culture, and growth as we scale across India and internationally.
We're looking for someone with 8–15 years of HR experience, including 1–3 years leading HR for a business unit, ideally in a high-growth QSR, retail, or hospitality environment. Experience with brands like Domino's, McDonald's, Starbucks, Rebel Foods, or similar fast-paced businesses is highly preferred.

Akhil and Shriya — a filmmaker and a psychologist — shared a deep love for dosas. Missing the Bangalore dosa in Mumbai, they perfected a recipe and discovered the true secret: a great dosa is made with honour, respect, and care.
