At Arnifi, we’re looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to drive people strategy and support our fast-growing operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-performance environment and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with operations leadership to align HR strategies with business goals
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle ( engagement, retention)
- Drive performance management and employee development initiatives
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations and conflict resolution
- Implement HR policies, processes, and best practices
- Support organizational growth, culture building, and change management
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of HR experience, preferably in operations-driven environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven experience in handling employee relations and performance management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, scaling organization
