Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Developer – Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform with strong expertise in building and supporting enterprise-grade applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure, and C#/.NET.
The candidate will work with a leading global financial institution on core platform engineering initiatives involving security, resiliency, scalability, observability, platform upgrades, CI/CD, and enterprise integrations between Dynamics 365 and on-premises systems.
The role requires strong technical leadership, architecture and development skills, and the ability to collaborate directly with Product Owners, business stakeholders, security teams, and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to understand requirements, conduct technical analysis, and define implementation plans.
- Design scalable, secure, resilient, and maintainable solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
- Provide technical leadership to development squads on solution architecture, design, development, and platform configuration.
- Review code and platform configurations and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
- Develop reusable components, shared services, automation, and platform capabilities.
- Drive DevOps, CI/CD, and engineering best practices across development teams.
- Develop and enhance Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions using Agile delivery methodologies.
- Implement comprehensive unit, integration, regression, and performance testing practices.
- Design and implement enterprise integrations using:
- Azure Service Bus
- Azure Data Factory
- Azure Logic Apps
- Azure SQL
- Dynamics 365 data migration capabilities
- Develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, plug-ins, and custom components.
- Enable AI-powered capabilities using Microsoft AI Builder and Copilot Studio.
- Build and maintain GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments and platform governance.
- Collaborate with Security, Identity Management, Networking, Exchange/Email, and Central Power Platform Engineering teams.
- Support production releases, troubleshoot application/platform issues, and provide operational support.
- Identify opportunities to improve platform performance, scalability, security, reliability, and developer productivity.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Mandatory Skills
- 7+ years of software engineering/development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power Apps.
- Experience with Power Automate.
- Hands-on experience developing Dynamics 365 plug-ins.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform architecture and design.
- Strong experience with C#/.NET.
- Experience with Azure Data Factory.
- Experience with Azure Service Bus.
- Experience with Azure Logic Apps.
