We create custom suits, tuxedos, bandhgalas, sherwanis, and occasion wear for entrepreneurs, professionals, leaders, and grooms who believe clothing should reflect who they are—not who everyone else is.
We are looking for a highly capable Head of Production & Client Delivery who can take complete ownership of our production ecosystem and become a key leader within the company.
This is not an administrative role.
This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on responsibility, systems, execution, quality control, client experience, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will eventually become the founder’s right hand for all production and delivery-related activities.
Who We Are Looking ForWe are looking for someone who:
- Has a minimum of 2 years of experience in custom clothing, tailoring, fashion manufacturing, apparel production, or a related field.
- Understands garment construction, tailoring, alterations, fitting corrections, and production workflows.
- Is highly organized, disciplined, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
- Is comfortable leading and managing teams.
- Has strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Is professional, presentable, well-groomed, and comfortable interacting with premium clients.
- Takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions.
- Thinks ahead, solves problems proactively, and prevents issues before they occur.
- Can perform well under pressure while managing multiple orders, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Wants to build a long-term career and grow into a senior leadership position.
Reporting- Full-time, on-site role in Bangalore.
- Reporting time: 10:00 AM.
- May occasionally involve travel for client measurements, fittings, vendor visits, sourcing, quality checks, and production coordination.
Role OverviewYou will own the complete journey of an order from the moment it is confirmed until the final delivery is successfully handed over to the client.
You will coordinate across:
- Clients
- Sales team
- Masters
- Cutters
- Tailors
- Embroidery units
- Dyeing units
- Printing vendors
- Fabric suppliers
- External manufacturing partners
- Women’s wear vendors
- Extended production units
You will be responsible for ensuring every order moves smoothly, accurately, profitably, and ahead of schedule.|
Key Responsibilities
Production Planning & Scheduling- Create weekly and monthly production calendars.
- Allocate work across masters, cutters, tailors, and vendors.
- Plan production capacity in advance.
- Ensure no tailor is idle due to lack of planning.
- Forecast workload and identify bottlenecks before they occur.
- Maintain smooth production flow across all departments.
Order ManagementManage production for:
- In-store orders
- Online orders
- International orders
- Wedding orders
- Bulk orders
- Corporate orders
- Sampling and collection development
- Special projects
Ensure every order has:
- Production sheet
- Cutting sheet
- Tailoring sheet
- Trial sheet
- QC documentation
- Delivery tracking
Material & Vendor Management- Ensure all fabrics, trims, buttons, linings, interlinings, labels, packaging materials, and accessories are available before production begins.
- Coordinate dyeing, embroidery, printing, finishing, and outsourced processes.
- Manage relationships with vendors and production partners.
- Source alternatives when required.
- Maintain uninterrupted production flow at all times.
Quality ControlImplement strict quality control at every stage.
Fabric & Raw Material QC- Verify fabric quality, quantity, color, and specifications.
Cutting QC- Verify measurements.
- Verify pattern accuracy.
- Ensure cutting follows approved design specifications.
Trial QC- Verify garment measurements and construction before client trials.
Alteration QC- Confirm all fitting corrections have been executed correctly.
Final QC- Check stitching quality.
- Check finishing.
- Check button placement.
- Check buttonholes.
- Check labels and branding.
- Check pressing and packaging.
No garment should move forward without approval.
Client Coordination & Delivery- Schedule trials and fittings.
- Coordinate client appointments.
- Record fitting notes accurately.
- Manage client communication throughout production.
- Follow up on pending approvals and payments.
- Coordinate final delivery appointments.
- Ensure every client receives a seamless experience from purchase to delivery.
Team ManagementLead and manage:
- Masters
- Cutters
- Tailors
- Finishers
- Pressing staff
- External vendors
Responsibilities include:
- Daily production reviews
- Capacity planning
- Delegation
- Performance monitoring
- Accountability tracking
- Escalation management
Systems & Process DevelopmentBuild and improve systems including:
- Production tracking
- SOPs
- CRM updates
- Production dashboards
- Order management workflows
- Delivery tracking systems
- QC checklists
- Vendor tracking systems
- Client reminder systems
- Reporting structures
We are looking for someone who improves systems, not someone who simply follows them.
Success Metrics (KPIs)Your performance will primarily be measured by:
Delivery Excellence- Orders delivered on or before committed timelines.
- Target: Deliver 3–4 days before promised delivery date whenever possible.
Quality Excellence- Minimal production errors.
- Minimal alteration rework.
- Minimal client complaints.
Production Efficiency- No idle production capacity.
- Consistent workflow utilization.
Client Experience- Smooth communication.
- Professional trial management.
- Positive client feedback.
Operational Control- Accurate production tracking.
- Up-to-date CRM and reporting.
- Complete visibility across all active orders.
