- Build GenAI-powered applications using AWS Bedrock, Amazon Lex, Lambda, and API Gateway
- Develop backend services for AI workflows using Python
- Integrate AI solutions with ITSM tools, enterprise applications, and data sources
- Implement prompt engineering, intent classification, summarization, and RAG patterns
- Deploy AI solutions using CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code
- Adhere to security, governance, data masking, and compliance requirements
