About The Opportunity

As we scale across Tier 2+ markets, we’re building a future-ready finance function—from robust accounting infrastructure to real-time FP&A insights—that empowers strategic growth and compliance at scale.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end accounting operations: GL management, accruals, month-end close, and statutory reporting across multiple entities.
- Design and enforce internal controls, SOPs, and audit-ready documentation compliant with Indian GAAP, Ind AS, and GST regulations.
- Partner with CFO to build dynamic financial models, cash flow forecasts, and KPI dashboards for investor and leadership review.
- Oversee tax compliance: TDS, GSTR filings, ROC, and audit coordination with external auditors and tax consultants.
- Streamline finance-tech stack by evaluating ERPs (Tally, Zoho, SAP) and automating reconciliation, invoicing, and vendor management.
- Mentor junior finance staff and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, HR, and Legal to align financial governance with business goals.
