Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telle Caller role based in Delhi, India. The Telle Caller is responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls to explain loan and credit products, answer customer inquiries, and support application processes. Daily activities include providing clear information about services, verifying customer details, documenting call outcomes, and following up with leads and existing clients. The role also involves maintaining call records in internal systems, adhering to compliance and confidentiality standards, and meeting individual and team targets. Collaboration with the sales and operations teams to resolve issues and improve the customer experience is an important part of this position.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to explain financial products clearly and respectfully.
- Customer service orientation, including active listening, patience, and professional telephone etiquette.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to work with call management tools, spreadsheets, and customer databases.
- Comfort with working in a target-driven environment, including managing call volumes and follow-up schedules.
- Attention to detail and accuracy when recording customer information and call outcomes.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales in financial services or related sectors is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, in a structured schedule and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
