What we're looking for
- 4-10 years of hands-on software engineering experience (senior roles will require proportionately more experience)
Strong expertise in:
- .NET / ASP.NET Core / C#, Angular
- MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
- REST APIs, Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture
- Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, Storage, Service Bus, Key Vault, Azure AI Services)
- Git, Azure DevOps / GitHub, CI/CD
- Integrating with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, REST/SOAP APIs, or other enterprise systems
- Experience leading development teams through architecture, design, code reviews, mentoring, and delivery
- A passion for solving complex enterprise problems with scalable, secure, maintainable, and AI-first solutions.
Preferred:
It would be a big plus if you have experience in delivering AI solutions involving a mix of following
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Agentic AI / AI Agents
- LLM integration (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or similar)
- AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI or similar
- Vector databases (Azure AI Search, pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, ChromaDB or similar)
- Prompt engineering, MCP (Model Context Protocol), AI evaluation, and enterprise knowledge retrieval
- Building AI copilots, intelligent assistants, workflow automation, and enterprise search solutions
