About the Role
We are looking for a creative and professional Interior Designer with at least 2 years of experience in residential and/or commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, excellent communication abilities, and a client-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and interact with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Conduct client calls and maintain regular communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings, site visits, and design presentations.
- Visit project locations to assess site conditions and monitor project progress.
- Develop design concepts, space planning layouts, mood boards, and material selections.
- Prepare design presentations and communicate ideas effectively to clients.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage multiple projects while adhering to timelines and quality standards.
- Provide design solutions that align with client expectations and budget requirements.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit, or similar tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to conduct professional client calls and arrange meetings independently.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits across Bengaluru.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Professional appearance and confident personality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience in residential interior projects will be an added advantage.
