Head of Mythology IP & YouTube Growth

About Us
We are a leading digital media company managing one of India's largest libraries of premium mythological and entertainment content on YouTube. Our portfolio includes iconic television series such as Hanuman, Ganesha, Tenali Rama, Karna, Krishna, and other family entertainment enjoyed by millions of viewers worldwide.
As we expand our digital footprint, we are looking for an experienced content leader to unlock the full potential of our mythology intellectual property (IP) across YouTube and emerging digital platforms.
The Opportunity
This is a unique leadership role for someone who is passionate about Indian mythology and understands how timeless stories can be reimagined for today's digital audiences.
You will be responsible for developing the content strategy, programming, audience growth, and monetization of our mythology portfolio. Working closely with our creative, production, AI, and analytics teams, you will transform long-form television content into engaging digital experiences while identifying opportunities to create new mythology-based formats, devotional content, and YouTube-first programming.
The ideal candidate combines deep knowledge of Indian mythology with expertise in the YouTube ecosystem, audience analytics, content optimization, and digital storytelling. You should be equally comfortable discussing the Ramayana and Mahabharata as you are interpreting audience retention graphs, click-through rates, and YouTube recommendations.
