Job details:
- Graduate degree in Civil Engineering from a reputed institution; a Master’s degree in Highway Engineering, Transport Engineering, or Pavement Management is preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience in the roads and highways sector, covering the full lifecycle of highway development and maintenance.
- Demonstrated experience in at least two Road Asset Management System (RAMS) projects, having served as Team Leader or Deputy Team Leader on similar assignments within the last 10 years.
- Proven experience in capacity building and training programs.
- Hands-on experience in the development and/or implementation of computerized RAMS, with expertise in data collection, data management, and reporting systems.
- Sound understanding of emerging and advanced technologies for road data collection and asset management.
