Role Overview:
We’re hiring a Customer Success Executive to manage our customer communication and social media engagement. This role involves maintaining a positive brand presence across Instagram, WhatsApp, and email, along with scheduling content and ideating for reels and stories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries across Email, Instagram and WhatsApp.
- Manage orders, returns, and logistics records
- Schedule approved Instagram content (posts, stories, reels)
- Coordinate with the team for smooth customer support
- Monitor and reply to comments and DMs
- Curate social content ideas and suggest influencer collabs
- Provide phone support for escalated cases
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
- Familiarity with Instagram features (reels, stories, DMs)
- Prior experience in customer support or social media is a plus
- Ability to multitask and coordinate across teams
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Creative mindset with a sense of brand voice
