- Drive growth and scaling of Indias MEP engineering and detailing capabilities.
- Support business development efforts by offering technical leadership and client engagement as needed.
- Build strong relationships with U.S. leadership , project teams and FOC teams.
- Establish KPIs for efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
