- Regulatory Compliance & Governance
- EDPMS / IDPMS: Monitoring, regularisation of overdues, closures, and management dashboards for Governance AMCOMs and regulatory reporting
- Audits & Inspections: Timely response and closure of observations from Internal Audit, Concurrent Audit, RBI SSM audits, and Compliance Thematic reviews
- Circular Implementation & Product Hygiene: Tracking RBI/FEDAI circulars and engaging with Product Managers to ensure timely incorporation into product notes
- Policy Governance & PPAC: End-to-end coordination for PPAC submissions, committee placements, and periodic policy refresh aligned with regulatory expectations
- Board related actionable tracking and closures – RMC,ACB and Board.
- BUCO Responsibilities (Compliance/OR)
- Acting as primary interface with Central Compliance for regulatory clarifications and submissions
- Ensuring timely and accurate submission of data and responses to regulatory queries/correspondence
- Engage with OR Team, End-to-end tracking and closure of governance actions across RCSA, KRIs, VRRs, audits, PPACs, risk events, and regulatory forums
